Return & Refund Policy

At Khrystyna Ivanusa Veils, each veil is carefully handcrafted and many of our pieces are custom-made specifically for each bride.

Custom-Made Veils
All custom-made veils are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as they are created according to the client’s individual order, design, measurements, and preferences.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • clear photos of the defect,

  • order number,

  • brief description of the issue.

After review, if the defect is confirmed to be caused during production, we will remake the veil at no additional cost or offer an appropriate solution at our discretion.

Please note: damage caused by improper handling, wear, storage, alteration, or accidental damage after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Returns on Non-Custom Items
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused,

  • unworn,

  • unaltered,

  • free of perfume, makeup, stains, or damage,

  • returned in original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear will not qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
