At Khrystyna Ivanusa Veils, each veil is carefully prepared, handcrafted, and packaged with love to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship veils are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-made veils require additional production time depending on design complexity. Estimated production time is typically 2–6 weeks, unless otherwise discussed with the client.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
